We had to self cert our mortgage application 4 years ago as we weren’t able to prove my husband’s income. I would like to move to a ‘normal’ lender but don’t know if they will take us on. Has anyone done this and which lender(s) should I talk to.

My partner has just recently lost his job and we are finding it difficult to keep up with our mortgage payments along with our normal living costs. Anyone got some advice?

I was laid off from my previous job at the end of October last year. Thankfully I got another job and started in May this year but in the meantime I have built up a lot of debt and am struggling to keep up with the monthly repayments. What should I do?

I had heard that the herb St. John’s Wort has been withdrawn from sale in health shops. Does anyone know why? Is it dangerous and what are its effects? Thanks.

has anyone had recent experience of corrective eye surgery? Where and with who and has it worked as well as you had hoped?

I have a tracker mortgage and my bank is trying to get me to change to a fixed rate mortgage. Should I take their advice and change?
